DUAL, 200MHz, SINGLE-SUPPLY OP AMP PACKED IN ULTRA-SMALL 8-PIN SOT23
SUNNYVALE, CAEJanuary 20, 2000—Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX4451 200MHz, dual, low-power, single-supply op amp available in the ultra-small 8-pin SOT23 package. The combined features of single-supply operation, Rail-to-Rail® outputs, wide bandwidth, and tiny footprint make this op amp ideal for a variety of wideband applications for the consumer market, including set-top boxes, surveillance video systems, digital video cameras, and DVDs.
The MAX4451 operates from a single +4.5V to +11V supply or from dual ±2.25V to ±5.5V supplies. The device requires only 6.5mA quiescent supply current per amplifier, while achieving a 200MHz -3dB bandwidth, and a slew rate of 485V/µs. In addition, the MAX4451 offers 0.1dB gain flatness to 55MHz, low differential gain/phase of 0.02%/0.08 °, and a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of -65dBc at 5MHz. Its common-mode range includes ground, and its outputs swing rail-to-rail, suiting it for low-voltage single-supply applications.
