QUAD, 800KHZ OP AMP COMES IN TINY 14-PIN TSSOP PACKAGE
SUNNYVALE, CA—June 9, 2000—Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX4403 quad, Rail-to-Rail op amp in a tiny 14-pin TSSOP package. This device consumes only 320µA of supply current per amplifier, while achieving an 800kHz gain-bandwidth product. Operating from a single +2.5V to +5.5V supply, this op amp is ideal in space-limited portable/battery-powered applications that require low power without sacrificing bandwidth or gain accuracy.
A patented output architecture achieves an open-loop gain of 110dB and is capable of driving a 2-kilohm load to within 55mV of both supply rails.The MAX4403 achieves 0.009% total harmonic distortion and is unity-gain stable with capacitive loads up to 400pF.
The MAX4403 is offered in space-saving 14-pin TSSOP and 14-pin SOIC packages and is specified over the automotive temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Prices start from $0.60 (100,000-up, factory direct, FOB USA).
