Abstract: The jitter working group of the Fibre Channel Industry Association (FCIA), after countless cups of high-octane coffee, produced "Methodologies of Jitter Specification." Within this report is probably the most approachable and self-consistent strategy for jitter measurement and specification of any standards effort.
